We offer 3 to 6-month coaching+mentorship to accelerate leadership growth and integrate DEIB values with transformative results.

What Is DEIB Mentorship?
Unlike coaching, which helps leaders build the capacity to identify their own answers,DEIB Mentorship gives direction and support through DEIB frameworks. Our coaches are also DEIB specialists that come with years of experience in the DEIB field. Mentoring provides leaders with the opportunity to hear directly from our specialists about a specific situation and learn about best practices in the field.

Why Mentor Coaching?
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is deep work.
DEIB requires us to explore underlying beliefs, perceptions and our social conditioning. Coaching provides a trusting environment for leaders to reflect on behaviors, take risks, and try on new ideas.
DEIB Coaching is best served with Anti-Racist, Anti-Oppression Education.
We ask each client to come with a foundational understanding of DEIB before joining our mentor-coaching program. Even with that pre-requisite, we also know that clients will have varying levels of analysis. Mentoring allows the coach and client to move with shared understanding.
Coaching and Mentoring offer different enter-points to explore the same problem.
Coaching allows the leader to explore and tap into their own inherent wisdom. Mentorship re-enforces Liberatory thinking. After coaching- the leader will most often leave with all the answers they need to move forward. If there are clear blindspots or an analysis gap, the leader will have the opportunity to receive mentoring from the coach. Mentoring and Coaching combined ensures that the leader is growing closer to the essence DEIB, not away.

MEET YOUR COACH
About Josie
Josie is a mindfulness practitioner, DEI Specialist, and coach.​ One of my founding coaching principles is that we are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. From this place we can innovate, heal, and connect greater to ourselves and others around us. My mission as a coach is to support my clients from that state of wholeness. I take a strengths based, systematic approach to the work I do. Using reflective questioning, somatic practice, and systems understanding to be with individuals, teams, and organizations as they work to transform systems, work through new paradigms, and move deeper through the world with compassion for themselves and others.
