Keeping Things Simple.

In a world where everything is seemingly getting ever so complicated,  this week I was reminded of how I have been "doing too much", especially when it came to simple everyday tasks. Thich Nhat Hanh  invites us to eat when we eat, walk when we walk, drink tea when we drink tea.


This week, pick one everyday task that you often do while 'multi-tasking' and simply hold space for that act. Focus your energy and attention on that one thing. Notice what happens and tell me about it via email or Instagram @akiliwell.
